The Journey Management Alliance was founded in November 2023 to provide an independent learning platform for Journey Management pioneers and CX transformation experts from around the world.

Our mission

We help individuals and organizations drive company-wide alignment around Journey Management as the scalable, sustainable source of business growth.

For those new to Journey Management - we want to inspire and inform your journey. For those who already consider themselves customer-led, we want to provide the tools you need to innovate and continue to propel your growth.

Community driven

We believe that Journey management will succeed through  community… people working together to share experiences, learn from each other and push the practice of Journey Management forward. 

So that’s what we are about. 

And we do this through community events, training, coaching & consulting.
